Because they are special. Judges are special and they are lawyers so lawyers are special.

Any legal case either civil or criminal that you are ever involved in has three lawyers involved: a prosecutor/plaintiff attorney a defense attorney and the judge whose only real job is to make sure that the other two lawyers are paid.
