Every college student graduating should immediately file for bankruptcy before seeking employment.
One way to free college.

I see most lawyers as repugnant low lifes. 25 years ago a lawyer went after me that had a clear conflict of interest and I pursued challenging him on this issue. Even though I had a clear case, the local lawyers circled around him to protect him and I couldn't find one to take the case. Now they want to skip out on their debts from the start.

You do understand that this case has nothing to do with the loans that she took out to go to law school, don’t you?

The only “broke lawyers” I know are those phony assed “immigration” lawyers fighting for the right of foreigners to live off the backs of the American taxpayers.

Quick response:
Fine, surrender your law license until you pay up.
The American Judicial System doesn't need you anyway.

Because they are special. Judges are special and they are lawyers so lawyers are special.
Any legal case either civil or criminal that you are ever involved in has three lawyers involved: a prosecutor/plaintiff attorney a defense attorney and the judge whose only real job is to make sure that the other two lawyers are paid.

What a chump I was to pay for every dime of my college education. I’m still a chump paying for my food, housing, medical, etc. today.

Hey, they are lawyers, being supported by a (lawyer) judge.
Aristocracy, don’t you know.
To: SeekAndFind
This is a very narrow niche kind of debt that I doubt amounts to anything in comparison to regular student loans. Plus, it will probably be appealed since its a novel issue.

Once again, lawyers prove that they’re scum.
To: Ben Mugged
this was for an exam study course. not an actual student loan.
That said guaranteed loans are why universities are such and absurd cash cow.

No, I am just prescient of the realities of our over rated court system.
