Members of the GOP foreign policy establishment are open to supporting Hillary Clinton for president if thats what it takes to prevent Donald Trump from becoming commander in chief. As The Hill reports, a number of prominent Republicans who signed a scathing open letter denouncing Trump said they arent wavering from their opposition to him..."Donald Trump is not a Republican. ... He is a caricature of classless wealth. ... He is a caricature of the ugly American."
Whats happening is you have a lot of people who are desperate to get anybody in there other than Trump. ... People are going to go for Cruz, because at the end of the day they think hes considerably less bad than Trump, said Eliot A. Cohen, a former adviser to Sen. Marco Rubio (R-Fla.) who also served in the George W. Bush administration.
Cohen, along with Bryan McGrath, organized an open letter opposing Trump that was signed by more than 120 members of the Republican foreign policy establishment. The letter declared that Trump is unfit to be president because his views of American power are wildly inconsistent and unmoored in principle. The Hill contacted 13 of the people on the letter and heard back from all but two of them...

Traitors all. Screw ‘em.
I am voting for Trump. Some of His followers on here, however, leave a lot to be desired and thank goodness, don’t completely reflect the man.
This says little about anything except proving the Uniparty theory. Are you for Blue Sums or White Sims...er I mean Hillary...

It doesn’t matter how bad Trump is as president. Does anyone want to know why?
If he genuinely fucks up as president, he will answer directly to the people, and it’s not going to be pretty. It won’t be a lone assassin with a rifle, either. There will be a one million man march with pitchforks, torches, and rope heading to D.C. if he fucks up. After he’s hanging from a lamp post, Congress will follow shortly.
That’s why I don’t fear a Trump presidency. He is in a position where half the country already hates him, and just ‘needs a reason.’ He’d have to be a complete moron to push something that isn’t very carefully worded and delicately acted upon.
Hillary, on the other hand, is not only above the law, but voters would be very apathetic to her presidency. She could get away with anything once she’s president, and that thought alone is frightening in the extreme.
Oh, and she wants to tell us the secrets of Area 51. I wouldn’t believe her if she was standing next to a Grey on live television, wielding a plasma pulse rifle and using it to blowing up Mt. Everest. I would still call bullshit until Ron Paul himself confirmed that, yes, there is an alien there.
I would contend that these ass clowns that call themselves “Republicans” are anything but... They are supposed to bow to the will of the people that put them in power and so far in this cycle the people want Trump... So if that’s what the people want, the “establishment” is supposed to deliver, not revolt and side with the opposition... They should all commit ritual Seppuku on the steps of the Capitol for their treasonous behavior, but no, they will continue to profit from their roles in government, at the expense of their constituents... It’s coming folks, we all know it’s true...
I’d prefer that they take the ball and go home but they’re taking the ball and shitting all over everyone.
HIllary(!) will leave a stain. A bad stain.
Sickening. THIS Is all the reason you need to vote Trump. If the Republican establishment would rather have Hillary than Trump, what does that tell you? They know with HIllary, nothing changes. Same old gravy train. With Trump, the feeding trough goes away.
The public output of the USA’s “foreign affairs experts”, regardless of party leanings, are either poorly-informed errors, or well-informed lies.
Either way, Trump is very unlikely to be any worse.
I wish I had the tampon concession in neo-con land.
The Democratic Party was formed by Andrew Jackson and Martin Van Buren. At the time, they were trying to kill corporate power and the Sencond National Bank of the United States. At the same time, the Republican Party was formed by Henry Clay. They were the blue bloods who wanted corporations and banks to get whatever they wanted.
Jackson was also considered ‘classless wealth’. The donkey was originally a cartoon urbane insult to the Democrats. However, the rural folks [which was pretty much everyone back then] considered the donkey a loyal and reliable animal/tool. So, they adopted it.
This election cycle has many echoes of those of 1828 and 1832.
Maybe Trump will be like Jackson and kill the Third Bank of the United States. One can hope, but I doubt it. He’ll be dead before the first greenback is printed.
Jackson also took a wife who was already married. The jilted husband won the first sanctioned divorce in Kentucky. Jackson’s wife was often targeted as a jezibelle. There are really a large number of similarities.
“Prominent Republicans” saying they will vote for Clinton.
“We have met the enemy, and he is us.” Pogo
Trump is going to clean house, and they know it.
ABC&K - Anybody but Hillary and Kasich.
...and you do?
Hillary! is not human.
