Likewise Reagan was no Reagan. By the time Reagan left office, he had:

1) Drastically increased Social Security taxes
2) Substantially increased Income taxes
3) Signed into the law this country’s first AMNESTY bill
4) Was in the process of tearing down the military he had worked so hard to build up in his first few years.
5) Shoved Bush-Sr. into the White House

After that, he went on to support the Brady Bill.

Why wouldn't he support the Brady Bill? Brady was his Press Secretary who was badly injured during the assassination attempt on President Reagan. Do you even think before you type?

Is there any limit to the number of conservatives trump supporters will throw under the bus in an attempt to lift the Donald?

There are no perfect people, politicians or otherwise. Reagan was a good man and a patriot.

Then-Governor Reagan signed into law the Mulford Act (1967) which banned open carry in California. He saw “no reason why on the street today a citizen should be carrying loaded weapons.”.

As President he defended subsidies in farm rich states like Iowa and North Carolina.
