I know of at least 18 video rental places in our town when we moved here in 2002. There is exactly one of them still open.
I am not counting the 17 or so Red Box kiosks scattered about town.

Wow, still renting VHS in 2002.
DVD players had been around for several years and were cheap as dirt by then.

Who is accusing the person arrested?
