This seems odd given the fact that Capone was in prison for most of the 1930s, and he was released from a federal penitentiary in 1940. Capone was not active in organized crime during the 1940s. Because of untreated syphilis, Capone with judged to have the mental capability of a 12-year-old by 1946.

LOL! I am reminded of the time when there were two murders in the NW Oregon or Washington. Then President Bill Clinton came out strongly for gun control as a remedy.
At the same time there were two people kidnapped in Arkansas, taken to Missouri and had their throats cut. No tears from Bill or Hill.
The FBI conducted an investigation, and sent a wrapped pack of money to the HQ for analysis on the wrapping.
