This is a direct assault on hobby road racers and drag racers and many more. The great majority of race cars are converted street cars. The Clean Air Act specifically covers this exemption, but it appears that we need a law to re-state a law again...

Wonder how long it’s gonna be until they come after companies like APR, Unitronic, GIAC, etc, who offer modified ECU programming to improve performance.
Most of these “tunes” will add 15-20% more power just by reprogramming the ECU.
