Islam, taqiyya and the press

Fear Islam?

In Sunday’s feature on the fear of Islam I noticed one topic conspicuous by its absence. Taqiyya is the Muslim policy of lying to the Infidel to protect, promote or advance Islam. Neither of the two Islamic scholars mentioned it, even in passing. No reference to it was found in the polling questions, nor in the comments about them.

Because taqiyya is a tenet of Islam, how can you believe any Muslim who claims to be opposed to Jihad or to reject Sharia law? Those who do so sincerely are considered apostates by Islam, as deserving of death or enslavement as we Infidels. But who is being truthful, and who is practicing taqiyya?

CAIR representative James Sues, in attempting to explain away Jihad fails to mention that later verses of the Qur’an and Hadith abrogate earlier ones if they differ. He quotes Qur’an 2:190 “be not the aggressors”, yet ignores at least 109 verses that call Muslims to war with nonbelievers for the sake of Islamic rule. Some are quite graphic, with commands to chop off heads and fingers and kill infidels wherever they may be hiding.

I accept that most U.S. Muslims are willing to live and let live. But if you were given 1,000 candy bars knowing that ten of them were deadly poison, how many would you eat? It is much the same with Muslim immigration; can we afford the risk? < end >

TOPICS: Miscellaneous
KEYWORDS: islam; muslim; taqiyya
Background: I had this letter published by my local newsrag on 3/2. The paper in question did a several page spread on fear of Islam, Including polling, comments on the poll, and comments by Muslim experts, scholars or whatever they are. One is a CAIR representative.

They published it as written except for two small edits. They added -NJ to the CAIR representative’s title, and changed U.S. Muslims to American Muslims. They retitled it from "Fear Islam?" to "Articles on fear of Islam ignored tenet of taqiyya". That is a a good change.

The problem with labeling islam as a religion is that it gives islam a soft and fluffy facade. Just look at the moronic Catholic Charities that spend money, goodwill and time to spread islam to all four corners.

If the truth of islam and its evil and vile method of forcing itself upon others were advertised more, then most people would not accept spreading it around.

There is nothing good about islam unless you are a horny male and/or like to harm others.

I have said that Islam is not a religion for a long time. Until we refuse to accept Islam as a religion, when it is a socio-political system disguised as one, it is protected by our first amendment like any other.

Enjoyed your write up on muslims can be free to be deceptive(lie) for just cause. Here's a fairly good assessment from a Sunni scholar. Link included to Part 1. "Jalal al-Din al-Suyuti in his book, "al-Durr al-Manthoor Fi al-Tafsir al- Ma’athoor,”narrates Ibn Abbas’, the most renowned and trusted narrator of tradition in the sight of the Sunnis, opinion regarding al-Taqiyya in the Qur’anic verse: "Let not the believers take for friends or helpers unbelievers rather than believers: if any do that, (they) shall have no relation left with Allah except by way of precaution ("tat-taqooh"), that ye may guard yourselves ("tooqatan") from them....(3:28)”that Ibn Abbas said: "al-Taqiyya is with the tongue only; he who has been coerced into saying that which angers Allah (SWT), and his heart is comfortable (i.e., his TRUE faith has not been shaken.), then (saying that which he has been coerced to say) will not harm him (at all); (because) al- Taqiyya is with the tongue only, (not the heart)." Note: The two words "tat-taqooh” and "tooqatan,”as mentioned in the Arabic Qur’an, are BOTH from the same root of "al-Taqiyya". http://www.al-islam.org/shiite-encyclopedia-ahlul-bayt-dilp-team/al-taqiyya-dissimulation-part-1
