Open borders policy has created the conditions to make the US ripe pickings for socialist demagogues. It’s also created a vacuum of power into which foreign governements and NGOs will insert themselves. We’ll have an unelected bureaucracy acting as a continental/world government to contend with on top of our own national government - just like the dumpster fire in the EU.
