It might have something to do with the right of the People to be secure in their persons, homes, papers and effects against unreasonable searches and seizures, except the search and seizure of the papers and effects of Muslim terrorists is eminently REASONABLE.

What does the Apple iPhone case have to do with free speech? The FBI is going to tell me I cannot speak to my foreign born GF in any language they do not know. That is not right. I understand your feelings about terrorists, but we have to be careful not to use this as a cloak to take away our freedom of speech.

I don't think the Fourth Amendment is relevant to this case. There was no warrant issued, because Apple has nothing to seize. The FBI has the phone and are free to search it as they choose.
