The teacher is just guilty of stupidity. when plain old print photos were commonplace, would anyone simply carry around nude photos of themselves in their back pocket? Or leave them in an envelope on their desk, while at work? This is no different.
Yes teacher was stupid yes, however there are people down here think she is at fault. If the little jerk went into her purse and took a debit card and used it would she still be at fault? BS junior needs to be out and the teacher re-instated and moved to another school so jerks fellow droolers are not drooling.
Maybe not smart but I should be able to keep anything I want in a purse with an expectation of privacy.
