Since when has it been a constitutional requirement that a candidate publishes his tax return? Since when is it a conservative principle to demand a candidate to do so against his will and his personal liberty? Since when does a constitutional lawyer who “has defended the constitution and the bill of rights for his entire adult life” make demands to violate an individual’s fourth amendment rights to be secure in his personal papers and effects? And where does he come off accusing a private citizen of committing crimes based on no evidence whatsoever? And why would a “principled conservative” poster accuse an individual of “fraud” (in his posted keyword) based on no evidence whatsoever?
You people need to wake up if you think you’re defending the constitution with fascism!
Bump.
Amen, Jim!
