There’s a natural way to lower your BP without meds, read the Ph Mircle by Dr. robert Young, also, read the list of foods not to eat or drink if on BP meds, reason is they lower your BP too. duh.

I had a double by-pass, and take zero meds, drink wheat grass everyday mixed with something to make the water Ph balanced.

Thank you. I have tried so many things over the years for
the BP until I’m just exhausted with it. It’s been a long
time, though, since I’ve done any of the natural type
things - so maybe I can now just catch my breath & try
something else. - We’ve been on well water for 30 yrs., so
no fluoride here. In fact, we live in the boonies; so I
ought to not be stressed. I guess that stress comes in many
different forms, though - and from many different sources.
Husband has had ulcerative colitis for years with lots of
major surgeries. I’m afraid I haven’t made him very happy;
but I’ve tried - only don’t think he would have been
“happy” with me under any circumstances. (When he took up
with a “sexy” gal at work, I should have just said goodbye,
but we had an 8 yr. old child & I was not ready to raise
him alone. That’s 42 yrs. ago and ancient history. He
can’t accuse me of not doing my part AND I would have given
him his “freedom” gladly after our boy was grown. However,
by that time, husband needed a nursemaid, which was what I
became.) Oh well. You see why I have high BP. :o)
