Hey, it ain’t MY theory. That’s what *they*, the Syrian rebels are claiming. They say they blew up a car bomb, killed a few dozen Russian generals, and then didn’t issue a news release so their bombers could escape the scene.

I have no theory on how and why they think the people they bombed kept it secret.

My guess: They killed a 2LT and his driver. The only time I saw one dozen general in one place was at a conference in the Pentagon, and I’ve never seen more than that.

There’s a video over on LiveLeak purporting to show the explosion ... can see a line of empty cars parked across form some building that looks like a motel. Then the bomb goes off - end of vid.

I think the claim of the Russian generals is agitprop.
