LOL, let me know when a U.S. court rules that Jindal, Rubio or someone else born in the U.S. to foreign parents cannot be President. It's not going to happen.

So Rubio is definitely out and Obama & Cruz are in. Both of the latter had one parent that was a native born citizen. That's the standard, IIRC.
