One of the worst jobs I ever had in my life was working for Poland Spring water out of Greenpoint Brooklyn in the 1990s, it was a real sleazy part of town in this industrial area on Kingsland ave and Greenpoint ave right near a creek that was loaded with rats, oh yes and the occasional body. Anyway, it was also a dumping ground for dogs, cats, you name it, and I would see stuff like this all all all the time. I would always try to catch these mofos who did this but I never did.

Probably the worst experience I ever had was one night after loading all the trucks I was waiting for the bus to go home and it was absolutely freezing out when all of a sudden this group of kittens ran up to me screaming their brains out, and just then the bus pulled up so I asked the bus driver if I could take some or at least one, and he was a real pr*ck, “no you can’t, come on come on, ya getting on or not” so I left them behind. Gaaaah! I looked at the window watching them sitting there as we pulled away, oh man...

The city knew about that place, we called all the time the ASPCA, the cops, the city, nobody ever came. People who dump animals like that need to burned at the stake, seriously. I use to have fantasies of catching one dumping some animals and just beating him within an inch of his life but I never got that gift. Oh yeah and then all the time we would see half eaten corpses of dogs and cats from the rats eating them. Just an absolutely nightmarish job, and it was right near a sewage treatment plant that we would smell all day long. That ladies and gentlemen was were your spring water was stored. I think they moved, but if you go to Google maps go to Kingsland ave and Greenpoint ave, in greenpoint Brooklyn NY, right on the corner, that’s the dumping ground for cats and dogs in NYC. So glad I moved out of the place, “Greatest city on earth’ MY ASS.

Seagal made a movie (Out for Justice) where he got to meet a dog abandoner/abuser at the end of the flick.

Wow!

I’m so sorry you had to see that!
Man’s propensity for evil knows no limits. I totally understand why God at one point killed off all humanity save for that family of 8.

Probably needs to happen again very soon.

I just looked at the area with Google Street View and it still seems like a dumpy, run down area. Needless to say, a very sad story to share to share with us here.
