Teens, See WHERE TO INVADE NEXT -No Matter What the MPAA Says

We are relaxing our 18 and up age policy for one film: WHERE TO INVADE NEXT.

Dear Parents of America:

We have important news at the Alamo Drafthouse. For the first time ever, we are relaxing our 18 and up age policy for one film: WHERE TO INVADE NEXT.

Why? We simply don't believe WHERE TO INVADE NEXT should have received an R rating from the MPAA. We don't want that rating and our own age policies to get in the way of teens and their parents seeing this film.

So, for the run of the WHERE TO INVADE NEXT we will allow teens age 15 and up on their own — yes, it's that important.

Your teens can watch by themselves at any Alamo Drafthouse, but they first have to agree to our policies of conduct at the cinema by signing up for our free Victory Vanguard program.

During the run of WHERE TO INVADE NEXT we will be fast-tracking all Victory Vangaurd applications. More on the program can be found here.

Even though teens can see the film on their own, we strongly encourage you to come to see it with them. There is so much to talk about in this film and you will want to be a part of the conversation.

Full disclosure: I am involved in the distribution of this film. But this is not about selling tickets; it's about this film's message reaching the next generation of American voters.

It is also important to note that MPAA guidelines are just that, guidelines — they are not law. Common Sense Media gave WHERE TO INVADE NEXT 4 stars, recommending it for ages 15 and up.

Nevertheless, the film got stuck with R. If your kids come to see this, they will experience:
- Some swear words
- Students enjoying free college education
- Children eating healthy school lunches
- Happy Italians on vacation
- Real violence in American prisons
- And... a brief moment of a naked German guy coming out of a hot tub.

See you at the movies,

The Alamo Drafthouse Cinema is an American cinema chain founded in 1997 in Austin, Texas, USA that is famous for its strict policy of requiring its audiences to maintain proper cinemagoing etiquette. It has screens in 22 locations, including fourteen (with five more being built) across Texas, in addition to locations in both Winchester and Ashburn, Virginia; San Francisco, California; Kalamazoo, Michigan; Kansas City, Missouri; Littleton, Colorado; La Vista, Nebraska: and Yonkers, New York. Others are planned to be built in Los Angeles; New York City; Baton Rouge, Louisiana; and Chandler, Arizona. Its headquarters is located in Austin.

Austin. Of course.

A wonderful concept to kick people out of the theater for talking or using cellphones, and totally dead to me until they decide Americans are a more valuable target audience than drones.

To me, this coordination of the Left's media/propaganda arm is no coincidence. Bernie is the far-left stalking horse and has been more popular than they expected. Democrats view Socialism as a good thing. So, you see recent speeches from PIAPS expropriating more and more of that message. The rest of the apparatus will line up as a matter of course, with or without specific instructions.

The Democrat Party in 2016 has/will become full-blown Socialist. They have gained a nearly iron-fisted hold on the education system, in order to quash the traditional morality and patriotism. They work actively to stamp out interchangeable drones susceptible to the hooks of leftist programming which appeal to humanity's base nature.

And this is that. The propaganda films of a creosote-filled gasbag and hypocrite espousing the virtues of Socialism in order to fatten his bank account and waist, are just the tip of the spear.

Letting your kids see a Michael Moore movie is child abuse.

Michael Moore is not a total waste of oxygen and real estate. Even the most morbidly obese and inanely sociopathic demoniac has some uses. For instance, just think of how much soap you could make with him.

I like the Drafthouse. Good place to see a movie and you are not dealing with all the chattering during the film.

Since none of the post gives even an inkling of a clue WTH this is about, allow me: “To learn what the USA can learn from other nations, Michael Moore playfully “invades” them to see what they have to offer.” (IMDB)

Fair critique. Error of omission.

Your description is accurate, of Moore's upcoming release "Where To Invade Next" which promises to extol the virtues of Socialism worldwide, while damning Capitalism/the United States, while also ignoring all of Socialism's manifold failures (See: Venezuela).

At the link is this image which explains what we're dealing with here:
