I had a (black) friend in NY whose sister was a nurse in a city hospital in Brooklyn. One time they brought in a bunch of gangbangers who had shot each other and one of the creeps was furious because he had a graze wound but according to triage, people with worse wounds were being treated first. He said to her, “hey, b****, this hurts, get me some drugs.”
