Trump brings fresh outrage. Cruz has been struggling for years and years against corrupt sellouts who rationalize everything they speak about border safety.
Regarding the wall itself ...
Trump is a builder. That gives him more confidence. He can visualize the wall going up and even contemplate blueprints.
When you have little executive experience, it’s difficult to see the plan more clearly.
