true about being displaced.

But the hispanics (not the illegals) seem to be making headway faster than blacks and their vote at least isn’t 95/5 for dems. They still need a lot further to go though.

the ruined Stapleton, Mariners Harbor, Clifton, all the old Italian neighborhoods.

Now we’re all on the south shore and obama wants to cut funds if we dont integrate. He can keep his funds, we’ve got plenty.

some nephews and nieces grew up in middletown NJ. One worked in asbury park and also gets earfuls on white privilege and she hates it

the other dope, though he’s my favorite, is a closet liberal. I know he thinks i’m ignorant and racist.

Since his pop died, I’ve stepped in and i’ve told him about my growing up and also driving a cab in the projects, and what goes on.

If that doesn’t work, i’ll put him against a well a second time :)

Hispanics certainly are more upwardly mobile (probably due to a better work ethic in general and stronger family traditions); Newark NJ is a pit but the areas with Caribbean and South American populations are definitely more vibrant.

Some areas in NJ are able to fulfill any “low-income housing” requirements with retired whites; when they die I’d imagine they’ll be replaced by Hispanics.

Asbury Park was ruined by gibsmedtas, and recent attempts to revive it stalled when the prospective investors and residents realized that they’d only be a couple of blocks away. Areas that were overrun and abandoned decades ago are trying to entice business and taxpayers back to pick up the tab for their gibsmedats populations (especially now that Trenton has run out of money to dole out/redistribute), but they are no fools.
