Some even try to camouflage their own racism by going WAY outta their ways to let us all know “they luv the black man”
Randy Galloway of Dallas comes immediately to mind, as does Bob Ley and Pat Forde. Add Costas and Mike Lupica to the hypocrite list. Howard Cosell was The Worst and wrote the book on brown nosing.
Cosell was among the hordes of white sports reporters who excused Muhammade Ali's incredible racism and ugly treatment of other black fighters i.e. Joe Frazier. Ali could do no wrong...even when he said whites and blacks should be killed for marrying each other.
