It’s not 1991 it’s 2016 and the man has been reduced to speaking “twitter” and sounds like a 4th grader most of the time.
Where one stands on the issue speaks to character. It gives insight on where he will lean on things he can influence.
Now pro-life is no longer applicable in Conservative circles? All because of Trump?
Donald Trump has said a hundred times he is pro-life with the 3 exceptions of rape, incest and life of the mother. That is his stand. Many mainstream republican candidates have expressed the very same stand on abortion. Trump is not an outlier on this issue.
I know many Republicans hold that stand. I also know Republican does not always mean Conservative.
How many Conservatives hold that stand?
Are we striving to be the premier Republican website, or the premier Conservative website?
He became pro-life around 2000. It’s on the site “On the Issues” if anyone wants to inform themselves.
Educated and intelligent people can speak one way and write another way. You think he didn’t write his many books?

Ronald Reagan was pro-life with an exception for the life of the mother. Are you going to bad mouth him too?
I didn’t agree with Reagan on that, either.
How far can Trump go on this issue until it is meaningful for you? Does this in combination with the rest of his liberal past give you any pause whatsoever?
Like I have said numerous times it does not matter what the stance of the candidates on abortion is they do not have the authority to change it. At the moment it is a non issue for me as is gay marriage. The Supreme Court has decided and unless the Congress wants to override its the law.
We need to get our country back together again and we have many other issues to focus on. Trump is willing to tackle these problems aggressively so that is why he is leading in all the polls and will be the GOP nominee. I am at peace with it.
Any President can choose to take Planned Parenthood funding out of his budget. Are you at peace with Trump choosing not to, when he could?
Yes, and the RINO Senate would confirm her instantly! No one would know they would do it so fast!
I’m at peace with Trump as the best possible person to be the next President. He wants to take the abortion money away from PP. I would go further but nobody agrees 100% with another person. Once Trump is in office he may realize its a bad idea and push Ryan and McConnell to defund the whole thing. who knows?
