My wife says I do a good job butchering her plants. Wonder what she means by that...?

Life in the slaw lane.
They say plants can’t feel no pain.
Life in the slaw lane.
I’ve got news for you:
They’re just as frail as you.

I’m vegan, and while I do make homemade black bean burgers it’s not to imitate the real thing. I just like the delivery system. They taste nothing like beef. It’s kind of funny because my husband is vegetarian to support me (I’m doing Gerson therapy) and we butchered a deer a couple of months ago for our kids. At one point he was slicing meat off the carcass as I was feeding it into the grinder and we caught each other’s eyes and started laughing. A vegan and a vegetarian butchering a deer!

Sounds like my type of vegetarian.. :-)

Might come in handy if we ever run out of cows, chickens and pigs.
Can they make bacon in the shape of broccoli? You know, for carnivores that crave vegetables.

You must have been wanting son fast food. The deer is ready no, but a plant takes a season to grow before it can be eaten.

Although I’m in 6b, I can grow almost year around. This time of year it’s impossible so I have to rely on the grocery store, though.

If vegetarians like animals so much, why do they eat all their food?

“A vegan and a vegetarian butchering a deer!”
I had to read your post a couple of times to let it sink in. I’m impressed!
