Now, a judge's ruling is allowing the Hartland Sportsmens Club gun range to reopen.
The woman was hit a quarter of a mile away while having dinner at the Delafield Brewhouse.
It was April of 2010 when Raluca Buznea's pregnant stomach was grazed by a stray bullet. Wednesday she learned the range can reopen.
“She was surprised to hear that there's been a change, but her feeling is if this is the ruling, and the gun range can open and be safe, she'll live with that,†Buznea’s attorney, Jason Abraham said.

I wonder what the woman was eating in the restaurant when she was grazed. “DUCK”, perhaps, or not in time.
Maybe they’ll put in appropriate safety measures this time.
i was a member of a local sports club in the burbs in philly and was amazed at the bullets in the timbers above my head running out to the small arms range.
