He is not eligible. If Hillry’s health and wealth survives and she becomes the nominee for the socialists she will do what she could not do to Obama. Hillry is far more entitled and she has far more judges on benches.

You’re probably right. I’ll tell you who would really want to take him to court over this, Hispanics. A ruling against Cruz would affirm that all of those anchor babies are NBCs of the United States-Marco Rubio included.
