With my mandolin I play and sing the hymn, (I'd Rather Have Jesus), the music for that hymn was composed in 1939 by George Beverly Shea, the renowned gospel singer. and ending hymn, (Nothing But The Blood), by Robert Lowry. Madolin and singing covered by me, o7jimmy.
Beautiful hymns that many churches now avoid
Nothing but the blood :)
Thanks
Two of my favorite songs. Thanks
Thank you. I truly enjoyed that.
Such things have been heavy on my mind today, due to some things I read on this site. I love this place.
God bless you and Mr. Robinson.
Thank you for the reminder.
There is nothing else to believe upon.
We are debtors all, that is true.
My the Lord bless you and keep you always.
Thanks a million. Blessing to you and family in Jesus name.
Amen and thanks the music in most churches today is contemporary and I guess I am old-fashion because the old hymns are so much more of a blessing to me.
Thanks for your comment and blessing to you and yours.
Your welcome and our Lord did complete our salvation so wonderfully through His Blood. :)
