Anybody else out there see the latest episode of "The Profit?" Tonight's business was 240Sweet a gourmet marshmallow company and both owners were slime but owner Sam in particular was a complete MONSTER. Easily the WORST person ever on "The Profit" and possibly the WORST real life person even in the history of TV.
At the end it was like her inner devil came out. It was the one show that needed an exorcist even more than Marcus Lemonis.
Didn’t see it.
Only caught the end of it. She seemed like a liar and not very pleasant. I’ll try to find the whole episode On Demand.
You will be shocked at her deceit. She admitted the real reason she called in Marcus Lemonis was to get rid of Max and get publicity for the company. Meanwhile she used a cancer survivor (before firing her) to gain sympathy.
I have been tempted to see if anyone has been watching Married At First Sight because it presents manifestations of the very social challenges and problems that other threads on FR discuss all the time. Now I am wondering if there should be a universal FR thread for feedback on TV shows. Thank you for this post.
No, I watched “Idiots of Oak Island”. Look! A toy sword! This proves the Romans, Carthaginians, Knights Templar, Incas, and some other folks buried The Ark of the Covenant and the Holy Grail under 171 feet of solid rock!

Is it any worse than Amy's Baking Company which was featured on Gordon Ramsey's Kitchen Nightmares? That gal was bat guano crazy.

I enjoy The Profit (I’ve only watched a few episodes on Hulu). Is it just me, or does everyone he works with on there have some kind of deep-seated emotional problem? With the exception of the lady with the pie shop- she was batty, but seemed like a pleasant person to be around.
Crazy episode of crazy-ass women. Clearly they have some deeply rooted hatred of men and they’re willing to slit their own throats to express that hate. You wanted publicity? You got it, dumb asses.
