The BLM is an oppressive agency that should be investigated for it’s intrusive and criminal practices against landowners, farmers and ranchers.
This bogus an unjust resentencing of the Hammonds is cruel and unusual punishment! No citizen of the United States should be treated so unjustly as the Hammonds have been treated.
Trying them as terrorists is the height of stupidity! The mark of a tyrannical government judicial system using phony charges to persecute citizens!
The sheriff there is a wuss.
If the FBI that thinks they are gonna pull another Waco, they had better reflect on such action. BLM, Judicial system, local & state law enforcement have been oppressive and unjust!
Leftists, local government and Feds are vitriolic in their rhetoric against these people.

I don’t know the man personally, but is considered by the media to be a leader out there.
There’s something funny going on, like an ex-federal employee. There are over 200 living in this small county and with state and local government employees added something like half the people in the county are employed by gov’t.

I understand that he’s up for re-election! Anyone know what his chances are. When you hear him talk, you get the impression that he has the mental accuity that would tax him working at Mickey D’s.
The Bundy’s and others were trying to drive to John Day Oregon this evening when they were stopped by the FBI and the Oregon Highway Patrol.
Gunfire ensued...with some reports indicating that the Feds initiated it, but that is confirmed.
Both Bundys were taken into custody,. One of the group’s spokesmen, LaVoy Finicum, was killed and another member of the group wounded.
This happened about 15 miles from the refuge.
