One of the four people arrested by U.S. Marshals following a shooting in Albuquerque has made his first court appearance.

Sir William Shakespeare, 32, had a warrant out for his arrest in connection to a domestic violence incident. He is charged with aggravated assault against a household member.

Marshals arrested Shakespeare and four other people who had warrants for their arrest in a vehicle near Lomas Boulevard and Tennessee Street on Friday.

A fifth suspect, a Colorado fugitive identified as Brandon Ledbetter, shot and killed himself during the incident, according to the Bernalillo County Sheriff's Department.

So. I’m guessing the Bard is rethinking his “Kill all the lawyers” quote right about now.

Now that he needs one.

After a night in the tank, a suspect by any other name would still smell.

Brandon Ledbetter, shot and killed himself during the incident,

He couldn't wait for his Darwin award, so he gave it to himself.

After a night in a holding cell, I believe his next play may be "The Taming of the Screw, or Constable Dogberry Gets His Revenge".

I would be Leary, especially since he seems to come from a small Hamlet.
