Don’t blame the lefty judge on this one. This was a settlement agreed to by the City of New York, which the court then turned into an Order. This is DeBlasio taking another step in the disarmament of the police. First it was the end to stop-and-frisk, now this. He has his fellow travellers in the ACLU file a phoney lawsuit and then caves in the settlement discussions. Sort of like Kerry and Iran.
DeBlasio will probably blame the NYPD when things go wrong.
