I played many, many video games, but back in the low-res 8/16-bit days (Front Line/Operation Wolf/Rolling Thunder). I’ll be dead if a German sniper ever decides to take me out, I’m afraid.

That's funny because I could see what was off and where the sniper would be even when I couldn't make out the person. Like you, I could see where they were because I was looking for something in the photo. But if I didn't know what to look for actively? No way.

I didn’t see them all but I didn’t look too hard. The ones I did find I found because they stuck out.

Yeah, it didn’t take but a few seconds for me either. The only one that took me some time was the main article pic (foggy rock pick where sniper was at the edge of the coloration change left side).
