Both teens vanished on Christmas Eve after leaving a home next door to Watkins' residence. Court documents say police found blood and apparent brain matter outside Watkins' home and two bloody trails leading away from it.
Deputy Prosecutor Denise Robinson says investigators are still searching for the victims' bodies.

Thomas Hobbes
That time is here and now.
Apparently the two punks had robbed his house, and the guy knew it. If I was on the jury... I’d be pretty sympathetic.
“probable cause affidavit says Watkins suspected Williams had burglarized his home”
“Deputy Prosecutor Denise Robinson says investigators are still searching for the victims’ bodies.”
Sounds like someone followed the 3 s’s?
Leaving? Were they there legally, or were they burglarizing it?
The lack of info points toward the latter.
“Prosecutors allege Watkins killed 16-year-old Satori Williams and his 15-year-old friend, Timmee Jackson...”
TIMMEE ?
Grim and grisly, but not seeing the relationship to ‘gardening’, unless body parts were found in shallow, unmarked graves. These boys were most likely breaking and entering. A tragedy of their own making. The best thing this man can do now is to speak up and tell what happened. His life is already forever altered by this experience.
I wonder if a judge will let the jury hear about the “alleged” robbery.
Lets dive in and look for the ‘underlying cause’.
Very murky down there!
Coming up for air, I see the Leviathan!
“Whatsoever therefore is consequent to a time of war, where every man is enemy to every man, the same consequent to the time wherein men live without other security than what their own strength and their own invention shall furnish them withal. In such condition there is no place for industry, because the fruit thereof is uncertain: and consequently no culture of the earth; no navigation, nor use of the commodities that may be imported by sea; no commodious building; no instruments of moving and removing such things as require much force; no knowledge of the face of the earth; no account of time; no arts; no letters; no society; and which is worst of all, continual fear, and danger of violent death; and the life of man, solitary, poor, nasty, brutish, and short.”
Hobbes, Chapter XIII
This was an old story in 1650!
Made the mistake of believing he was living amongst human beings.
He used a rake, in an attempt to hide the evidence.
Like the unfortunate musician, bizarre gardening accident ;only different.

Yes, but in a bizarro culture, reinforced by the heavy hand of big government, the school system, TV...
They thought it was a good idea to rob a bail bondsman?
Seems that would be one person you wouldnt want to screw with unless you had backup.
When your worldview is shaped by the television and movies, this all you know; and is what's expected of you by your culture.
See #18 for the ‘root cause’.
Mm hm. Sounds like homeowner put 2 and 2 together and enacted a little rough justice. Well, we can't have that. If I were the judge, he'd get 30 days (suspended) and be on probation for another year after that. Or maybe some public service hours. Well, wait... he's already performed a public service...
