Considering the number of vanity threads you create and the fact that you are always asking for tech help in so many, I think I will have a go at solving your myriad of problems. I have had some customers just like you, and finally came to certain realizations about them, so here goes:
1. For any piece of equipment you have or are purchasing, do an internet search and check for Apple Compatibility.
2. Buy a Mac.
Note: I run and love Linux. You deserve a Mac today.

I thought I was on FR a lot; but, I guess not so much as I thought because I have NO idea of who starts too many vanity threads.
However, I have started a few asking for tech help and have received good advice and help from knowledgeable and cheerful FReepers.
And I have developed the skill of ignoring threads that do not interest me - and there are a lot of those.
