No, not really. Just another example of unconstitutional laws applied as the govt likes to villify and make examples so others dont dare act like free men. Gun law in this country is crafted purposely to entrap. None of it has any relationship to reality.

Yep, that Plus a Type II FFL. I know ordinary guys who have the Type II FFL just to make “samples” for themselves. Of course, these won’t be transferable outside of the “business”, but who cares, you get to have fun with a whole bunch of full autos that cost little more than semis, and so can your friends and family if they own part of the business.

Well there’s the rub. Having dozens of automatic assault weapons disappear or not be on the books at all is not a bookkeeping error.

It’s not a large company, with only 100 employees. Someone got caught with their pants down.
