Slovenia rejected on Sunday a law that would give same-sex couples the right to marry and adopt children in its second vote on gay rights in four years.
About 63.4 percent of voters rejected the law in a referendum while 36.6 percent supported it, a preliminary result of the State Electoral Commission showed after 99 percent of votes were counted.
Parliament passed a law in March giving same-sex couples the right to marry and adopt children, but the measures have not been enforced because a civil society group called For Children appealed to the top court, calling for a referendum. ...

Too bad we don’t have the right to choose God’s way of life in our godless nation.The citizens of the USA never got to have a referendum on homosexuals’ phony “marriage.”States voted no, and Democrats went to their hired bullies in the courts to take away our right to decide whether thousands of years of God’s marriage could be perverted by cry-baby homosexuals who will never fit into normal society.

It appears to me, that these Eastern European countries are not into PC. Homosexual marriage is DEFINITELY PC. Good for them.
No worries. The left will keep bringing this up for a vote until they get the result they want, and then there will never be another vote on it.

We need a constitutional amendment that allows for a federal referendum.
