Still a bit early for starting seeds here, but I may plant some to grow indoors after the holidays when I have a little more time.
We started seeds in mid January a couple of years ago and found this was a bit too early for Missouri. Last year we had sprouts in mid February and this turned out a perfect garden with zero failures.
The first weeks outdoors were in tents but this was manageable...
