Based on what I've seen with what the Republicans have done with a majority Senate, and a majority in the House, it's not Trump who is the embarrassment.

Really!! He still could go Independent and take 75% of the GOP voters with him. How would the GOPe like that? I don’t think they’ve even considered it, or they’d be much nicer to him. A new strong party could emerge in our lifetime — in this decade. (Of course, with Trump off the GOP ticket they could run Jeb! as their guy; it’s what they want.)
