I remember years ago someone describing to me how scallops were often just round sections punched out of rays’ “wings” (with something like a cookie-cutter). Never been much of a seafood fan; the food smells the same when it is fresh and a month old...

Investigators bought the rolls at a sampling of restaurants and then sent them to a laboratory for DNA testing Hope they didn't choose this lab. The results would be suspect.
