The American people have seven years worth of examples in the usage of 'executive orders', both within and without of USC Title Code.
As each President has built upon the foundation of the usage of these orders from the preceding Presidents, to include the innumerable workings of the sitting President, how do you, the reader, foresee the executive order workings of a future President Trump?
No executive order after this one shall be valid.

Trump (Or Cruz) will be busy non-stop 24/7 for months rescinding, cancelling and reversing all the E/O’s Obama signed in opposition to the good of our country.
Months. And even then the damage Obastard has done will take years to overcome.
If Obama can use executive orders to delay the Obamacare individual mandate and employer mandate, the next president can use an executive order to suspend them indefinitely.
Barack has set the new standard.
I’d use it to send Hussein, JalJar and H->! to gitmo’.
Can’t the President Elect rescind these executive orders?
It would only take one EO, declaring all EOs signed in the previous eight years to be null and void. What might take months would be find and reinstating the very few that were both desirable and constitutional--and I suspect that they would be VERY few.
Repeal the orders that tell all levels of government to ignore immigration law, creating de facto amnesty.
Issue an order that federal contracts in the works and from that moment on shall no longer include mandates for preference in contract awards for companies that have affirmative action policies, meet the Out and Equal Index (LBGTA), etc. A lot of companies like the biggest defense contractors are moving further and further into social engineering to be even more PC because it is cheaper than trying to engineer a better product to win the contract.
Repeal the executive orders that push for environmentalism.
Approve the Keystone Pipeline and all other infrastructure projects that have been on hold for years.
Tell the IRS to approve all non-profit petitions they’ve had since 2011.
R's were afraid to try and stop him and Dems did not want to.
I think a list already exists.
Require that Newspaper companies need to produce their news on a material other than paper. Then give exemptions to conservative papers.
Have the EPA enforce it.

The House and Senate will no longer be of any concern to us. I have just received word that the President has dissolved Congress permanently. The last remnants of the Old Republic have been swept away forever.
The regional governors now have direct control over their territories. Fear will keep the local populations in line.

That is too vague. That does not include all the aides, office staff, and under-secretaries et al.
Why not this, for an example:
Everybody in the State Department is deleted, ergo, no unemployment help, since the position no longer exists nor is going to be opened in the future.
1. Executive order repealing Obamacare - Obama has already modified Obamacare without going through Congress, so why not?
2. Executive order repealing all Federal gun control - If Obama can institute new gun control laws with executive orders, we can repeal existing laws with executive orders.
3. Executive order imposing an immigration moratorium - If Obama can stop deportations with an executive order, then we can stop granting visas with an executive order.
