"I wonder in 50 years, will we have football?" USA Today sports columnist Christine Brennan mused on Sunday. "We're going to have it for the next 10, 15, 20, 30, probably. But 50 years? I don't know," she told ABC's "This Week" with Martha Raddatz.

Sure! We will always have soccer.
Yes, but it will be played wearing these:

No.
Sports are haram.
I wonder in 50 years, will we have a country?
I wonder the same thing about hockey. Between the players who continue to be more younger, bigger, faster, stronger, and ultimately more stupider than the previous generation and the safety neurotics who want fighting banned, bodychecking strongly regulated, and everything but the kitchen sink worn for protective equipment, you wonder what will happen to that sport as well.
The stupidest move by the NHL was to appoint a Director of Player Safety.
Yes we will, because between now and then we'll also develop better protective gear.
Futbol, maybe.
It is already shifting.
Mom’s are letting their boys play football. The spigot at the start of the pipeline is closing off.
If there is football, one extreme prediction is football via robots that are controled by toggles and buttons.
I think more likely, there will still be some version of it.
As long as we have vision, bones, muscles, nerve endings, and individual souls, there will be a percentage of people who want to test their limits and compete with others.
Imagine that: A woman âjournalist âworries about a sport that women cannot play. And if they canât play football, how in the world can they be in combat arms?
Liberalism is a mental disease for sure.
Unless the helmets and other protective gear are changed at the pro level, to make them less safe (and thereby slow collision velocity), then no, there will not be football in 50 years.
Five years—no NFL.
the libs are on a roll.
And NASCAR is next.
The gear is already too good. That's the problem.
17 out of 334? That doesn't sound like a large number.
I doubt we’ll be watching much pro football in 50 years.
For one thing fans are getting tired of watching tattooed, pierced millionaire negroes wrestling around in the mud. Many have dreadlocks hanging out of their helmets.
Very unappetizing.
Additionally, the sports pages now read like the crime beat news.
You’ll have much more violent sports but they’ll involve robots.
