As an aside, just below my post you’ll see a request from James for donations to FreeRepublic. Let me take the time to ask every single reader of this post to please do so. As you all know, FreeRepublic is truly a conservative safe haven on the Internet. We need to make sure it’ll be up and running for years to come.
but are they doing anything about thier muslim problem within? probably not.
Liberals on the socialist networking site like Facebook are snarking that this is all just the latest ‘ebola scare’ designed to keep Americans in a panic.
Their hatred of Republicans is far worse than their hatred of Islamonazis. Even the anti-homosexual violence from Islamic State doesn’t phase them.
There has to be some serious intel for them to lockdown the capital of the EU and NATO.
If 20 year cooling trends can’t derail their message of certain doom by global warming then don’t expect a rash of terrorist attacks in Egypt-Russia, Paris, Beruit, Mali, and Belgium in 2 weeks to make them suddenly question if Islam is a religion of peace or maybe think that there is some sort of threat faced in the world today.
They will not abandon their agenda just to fight a war.
yeah, American Republicans have induced the government of Belgium to lockdown a city to scare American voters. Riiiight.
Religious extremists on the march. We probably need to confiscate privately owned firearms in the U.S. Obama is on it.
How long will people tolerate this as the new normal? Held hostage by Islamic fanatics?
Don’t go to crowded public places, cafes, restaurants, etc.
Don’t go to the Vatican, because it is a terrorist target.
I’m afraid that it will take many thousands of deaths before the outcry from the public demands drastic action to cleanse civilized society of these savages.
Chemicals and explosives were among the items found in the Molenbeek suburb, a rundown neighbourhood where Paris attacker Abdelhamid Abaaoud was suspected of operating a terrorist cell.
Have any roaches been found and killed?
The twist is that Muslims make point of targeting areas leftists tend to be in the most.
Gun free, and sanity free zones.
These people are actually taunting them by being so nonchalant about terrorism.
After Paris, everyone will be so wound up that the terrorists can screw with folks w/o having actual plans because any hint needs to be taken seriously.
Then, when folks get tired of stamping on "potential fires", the guard will go down and a real attack will ensue - rinse and repeat at will.
Unless a bunch of us (nations - not individuals) take Russia's approach and start killing massive numbers of them on a daily basis, we will continue to dance to their string-pullers.
I have long said that terrorists could nuke a US city and it would not really change the government’s stance on Islam and terrorism.
Our enemies would have to nuke 2 American cities before we really decided to react.
It’s the Hiroshima/Nagasaki concept. People don’t believe they need to change because of one bad thing. But with two, they change their thinking in a big way.
Consider all of the implications of that headline. The authorities have that entire society on lock down all in the furtherance of a “diverse” society.
Obama long ago said he would not use a nuclear response even for a nuclear attack on one of our cities.
He’s made effort to take our nuclear arsenal down to ZERO and has walked the Russians through our missile installations.
The US military said that as bad as the murder of US soldiers on US soil by a jihadist in the ranks was, it would be WORSE to somehow let it impact the diversity of our military.
Look at how many resources are wasted and how much venom is spewed at “straight white males” when a homosexual, black person, or muslim claims stages a phony hate crime. The accused group is vilified and there never is any blowback or apology when the hoaxer is exposed.
***Citizens of Belgium’s capital Brussels haven been told to avoid crowded places like cafés, restaurants and theaters***
Reminds me of the bad old days of Saigon, 1965.
