These cases should be considered burglary with aggravated circumstances. Removal should be immediate.

After all, we have “asset forfeiture” practices where property can be taken without proof of guilt. Here, the guilt is obvious—they are not the owners, nor do they have the owners’ permission. So, why does our government tie itself in knots here with due process?

If I go away on vacation or business for a couple of weeks and these jerks break in and take up residence, shouldn’t the law grab them and put them in the slammer immediately?

“My little friend is becoming annoyed” “Okay I am gone”
