Or....its due to easy hook-ups, internet porn, and the fact that marriage in America has become a life-destroying catastrophe for men (due to child support, no-fault divorce, and the weaponizing of domestic violence claims to gain the advantage in family court).

People who live their life on the internet through a collection of devices that barely fill up a milk crate have little use for the responsibility of home ownership. It is not their American Dream. Nationwide WiFi is their American Dream.

The cost of education is also.a significant factor. It’s hard to buy a house when you owe $120,000 for a four year degree.

marriage has become an anvil around the neck of many American women as well....can’t tell you how many women I know, both married and unmarried by living with their honey are the SOLE provider..
