Personally, I think it is PC code for "black riots." Seems to me much of the strategy is the same for both.

I think it is a good way to educate people on certain things. Take a fad and relate it to real life. I know we love “The Walking Dead” and whenever my kids start talking about what they would do during a Zombie Apocalypse (locking themselves in the nearby COSTCO is the first thing!) I relate it to reality.

Bird Flu Epidemic
Massive 9.0 Earthquake (we live near Seattle)
Inner City Poor, Refugees Rampaging when EBT gets cut.
Etc.
