I actually think Sia has a good voice...as does Lady GaGa. It’s not unusual for a singer these days to have to have some sort of gimmick. There is a guy on The Voice that did an awesome cover of Chandelier.

I try to keep current on music instead of staying in my comfort zone (classic rock). But it is hard...the singers/groups don’t seem to have much staying power.

A singer named Emily West also covered Chandelier on America's Got Talent. She did such a great job, I bought her CD. It's great, even has a unique track called BITTER. lol

If you did not see it, you should look on youtube for Lady Gaga doing the Sound of Music songs from this years Oscars.

She was amazingly fantastic, I never thought I’d hear those songs sung like that by anyone but Julie Andrews.

I was blown away by it, I’d heard her hits here and there, but I never thought she could sing like that. And she does the whole routine totally straight, no silly stuff, at all.
