Sigh... yes, that was a sad run. I remember being so happy when he got in. He was way better than any of the pukes that year.

I was also shocked at the time by the “friendly fire” he took from Ann Coulter and James Dobson. I often wondered whether he might have made more of a run at it, had those two douches not attacked their own.

I liked him, but found his reverse mortgage commercials annoying. Shocked to hear that he has died so young.

Fred Thompson would have made a great President. I love James Dobson but his criticism of Thompson helped 0bama.
