These blobs of ASCII characters on FR posts are almost as annoying as the hashtags peppered throughout posts, TV commentaries, etc. I think we’ve seen the end of civilized writing.
For long FR ASCII-riddled posts, I copy them, paste into Word, then do a search-and-replace. Search ’ and replace with an apostrophe. Kind-of a pain, but good for long posts.
