Woman Accused of Murdering Uncle to Undergo Mental Evaluation (Boston)

A former Boston Police Department employee who allegedly shot and killed her uncle was ordered to undergo a mental health evaluation at her arraignment Monday on a murder charge, Suffolk County District Attorney Daniel F. Conley said.
Yvonne Lewis, 36, of Jamaica Plain, is accused of fatally shooting Clive Francis, 49, Saturday afternoon at a relatives home in Bostons Hyde Park section.

Prosecutors said Lewis shot Francis in the head, killing him. Police found Francis suffering from life-threatening injuries. Yeah. I'd say that a fatal shot to the head is a "life-threatening injury."
