British woman has been found hanged in a Turkish airport after missing her connecting flight to Iraq, it was claimed last night.
Former BBC journalist Jacky Sutton, 50, had travelled from London Heathrow to Istanbuls Ataturk Airport, but is believed to have failed to make it onto her next plane to Erbil.
She then appeared distressed after being told by airline staff that she would have to buy a new ticket - and was later found in the toilets by three Russian passengers, according to local media.
Ms Sutton had arrived in Istanbul on Turkish Airlines flight TK-1986 at about 10pm local time on Saturday night, and was then due to fly to Erbil at about midnight, it was reported.
She is believed to have been the acting Iraq director for the Institute for War and Peace Reporting, an organisation that supports journalists and activists in conflict-hit countries.
Ms Sutton is said to have been born in Hatfield, Hertfordshire, but recently lived in a £145,000 two-bedroom flat in Acton, west London

Funded by both the FORD and ROCKEFELLER Foundations? Maybe the nwo folks decided they couldn’t trust her?
Obviously this woman was distraught over missing her flight and ended her life by hanging herself in the bathroom, I’m sure it happens all the time....../s
“...Girl Scouts of Western Ohio....”
Wonder where those Girl Scout cookie profits go?
“Obviously this woman was distraught over missing her flight and ended her life by hanging herself in the bathroom, Im sure it happens all the time....../s”
And to the person she was replacing, apparently.
She was found hanged, after she shot herself in the back of the head...Twice...
>She is believed to have been the acting Iraq director for the Institute for War and Peace Reporting
There is no peace where there are islamo scum.
Come on,
Wrong IWPR you cited.
It’s the Institute of War and Peace Reporting according to the article.

Stalker Trolls gotta stalk and troll, don’t they?
Arkancide.
Could be Chicongocide, but most likely Islamocide
No, not particularly. I simply was wondering what the Kremlin had to say, and asked its primary conduit on FR.
My bad...
Good catch, I missed it.
Sahar al-Haidari (held post before Sutton) along with Three reporters involved with IWPR were assassinated in Mosul for writing prophetically about the risks of Islamic extremism there. link
I watched Bangkok Airport (2015 ) and there’s always a few people in each episode that would love to end it all
Tell obama something about someone hung in a Turkish bath. I am sure he will drop everything and get right on it.
Oh, and she also had eaten some polonium sushi
tough luck, that.
