You'll find that a lot of obnoxious ads don't work. No loss there.
You'll find that a few sites won't display rich content (e.g. videos) that rely on Flash and aren't yet updated to use HTML5. However, these are fewer every day. The internet has mostly converted to HTML5 already.
One holdout will likely be games written in Flash that only run in Flash. Oh well, take your choice. But Flash is nearly dead and already falling over, so you and the games writers better get ready for the crash.
